LLP Performance Shirt Order Form

It's time to order 2024-25 performance T-shirts! Our 6th graders chose the color Mauvelous this year. EVERY LEOPARD IS REQUIRED TO ORDER ONE SHIRT. This will be the only time to order a performance shirt for your Leopard, as well as any extra shirts for friends or family members who want to show their LEOPARD LOVE! We will not be ordering a ton of extra shirts, so this is how you outfit all your friends and family with the current LLP shirt that has your child's signature on the back.

Order Deadline: Orders need to be submitted by FRIDAY, October 11th. All orders must be processed through this online form. T-shirts are $12 (although larger adult/ladies sizes are $15.) After this T-shirt order is processed, any extra shirts we order will be sold at $15 per shirt.

These T-shirts are LAT brand and are 100% combed ring-spun cotton. We are offering youth sizes (S, M, L, XL), Adult Sizes (S-4X) and Ladies Cut (S-3X). The Ladies Cut is the Ladies Modern Relaxed Fit on the sizing chart. Please consult the sizing chart when ordering, especially with the Ladies sizes. Feel free to submit multiple orders to allow for others to pay for their shirts separately. Use your Leopard's name for all of your friends' and family members' orders so we know who to send them home with. Please make sure that the submitted email matches the credit card owner so they receive their purchase confirmation.
